These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and xbagee ("xbagee", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at xbagee.bio. These Terms govern your access to and use of all games, betting markets, wallet services, promotions, customer support, and any other service offered through the xbagee platform.

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, playing a game, or otherwise using any feature of the xbagee platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the xbagee platform.

To register and maintain an account with xbagee, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. xbagee strictly prohibits the use of its platform by individuals under the age of 21.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law, and you bear sole responsibility for determining the legality of gambling activity in your location.
• You are registering the account on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from xbagee or any affiliated platform, whether voluntarily or as a result of a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, or close family member of an employee of xbagee or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep that information up to date at all times. xbagee reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a government-issued national identity card, passport, or utility bill — at any point to verify the information you have provided. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or closure of your account.

Each player is permitted to hold one registered account only. If xbagee discovers that a player holds or has held more than one account — whether under the same identity, a different name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — xbagee reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold any balance that was accumulated through the use of duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. You must notify xbagee customer support at [email protected] immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. xbagee will not be liable for any loss arising from the unauthorised use of your account credentials where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to keep them secure.

xbagee currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). xbagee does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Currency conversion is not offered through the platform.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. Current limits are displayed in the Finance / Wallet section of the platform. xbagee reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time and without prior notice.

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your xbagee account within minutes of a confirmed transaction. Withdrawals are normally processed within 15 minutes for mobile money wallets and within one to three business days for bank transfers. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or when additional verification is required.

All payment methods used to deposit funds to your xbagee account must be registered in your own name. Deposits made from payment accounts belonging to third parties will be returned and may result in the suspension of your xbagee account. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the original deposit, unless otherwise agreed with xbagee customer support in writing.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional credits offered by xbagee are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is made available. These Terms constitute a general framework; individual promotion pages set out the specific eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to each offer.

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified for each promotion. Bets placed on games that are excluded from wagering contribution (typically certain table games or games with a Return-to-Player rate above a defined threshold) will not count toward fulfilling a wagering requirement. xbagee reserves the right to specify which game categories and titles contribute to wagering requirements.

xbagee employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing low-risk or opposing bets designed to hedge bonus wagering without genuine gambling intent; using third-party software to systematically exploit promotional offers; and coordinating with other players to abuse referral or loyalty schemes. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses forfeited, their account suspended, and any resulting winnings voided.

xbagee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, including after it has been communicated to players, where operational, regulatory, or technical circumstances require it. xbagee will endeavour to provide reasonable notice where possible but accepts no liability for losses arising from the modification or withdrawal of a promotion.

All bets placed on the xbagee platform are subject to acceptance at xbagee's sole discretion. xbagee reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at any time and without providing a reason. This includes, without limitation, bets that exceed the applicable stake limits, bets placed after an event has concluded, and bets placed in circumstances where xbagee reasonably suspects foul play, match-fixing, or system error.

In the event that a game outcome, bet settlement, odds quotation, or payout figure is affected by a manifest error, software malfunction, communication failure, or data feed error, xbagee reserves the right to void the affected transaction and restore the relevant account balance to its pre-error state. This applies regardless of whether the error resulted in an apparent win or loss for the player. xbagee will not honour payouts that are the product of a system error, even if funds have been provisionally credited to an account.

In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or removed from availability without notice during a sporting event. Settlement of in-play bets will be based on verified official results from the relevant sporting body. For cricket, results will be governed by the official rulings of the relevant board — including the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), or the International Cricket Council (ICC) — depending on the competition.

Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, or session time limits at any time via their account settings. Self-exclusion requests, which result in the immediate closure of a player's account for a defined or indefinite period, must be submitted to [email protected]. Once activated, a self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the selected exclusion period has elapsed. xbagee will take all reasonable steps to enforce self-exclusion but cannot guarantee that a self-excluded player will be prevented from accessing the platform through technical means outside xbagee's control.

🚫 5. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xbagee platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and pending winnings, and referral to the appropriate authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering or operating more than one account.
• Funding your account using payment methods that belong to third parties without their express and documented consent.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner that is not consistent with normal human gameplay.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any game software, RNG system, odds-feed, or platform infrastructure.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or participating in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider trading, or collusion with other players or with third parties.
• Laundering money or using the xbagee platform for any purpose that constitutes or facilitates a criminal offence under the laws of Bangladesh or any other applicable jurisdiction.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing xbagee staff, customer support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the xbagee platform — including but not limited to the xbagee brand name and logo, website design and layout, graphics, text, software interfaces, game thumbnails, promotional materials, and structural elements — is the exclusive property of xbagee or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any xbagee content without the prior written consent of xbagee. Unauthorised use of the xbagee name, logo, or platform content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

⚠️ 7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

xbagee endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party provider outages, or circumstances beyond xbagee's reasonable control. xbagee accepts no liability for losses — financial or otherwise — arising from platform unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xbagee's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any service provided by xbagee shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. xbagee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or anticipated savings, even if xbagee has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Certain games available on the xbagee platform are supplied by third-party providers including, without limitation, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. xbagee acts as the commercial operator of these games but does not control their underlying software or RNG certification. Any technical issues arising within a third-party game shall be governed by the applicable provider's own published rules and technical standards, and xbagee's liability in relation to such issues is limited accordingly.

xbagee makes no representation that the materials or services on this platform are appropriate or available for use in locations outside Bangladesh. Access to the platform from jurisdictions where its contents are illegal is prohibited. Players who choose to access the platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

xbagee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, xbagee will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page or by sending a notification to your registered email address. Your continued use of the xbagee platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request the closure of your account by contacting [email protected].
